Office
This simple fit-out structure is complemented by special fixtures and materials in selected areas. In the office wing, a gallery with olive wood parquet flooring and veneered balustrade, the door glazing with louvre windows and a sliding wooden door in front.
Barn
As a leading theme, the outer shell of the building was left largely as it was found. The structure of the exterior walls was also retained on the inside, i.e. only repaired, slurried or painted.
Barop
Barop is a charming, green neighbourhood in the south-west of Dortmund, characterised by old villas, well-tended gardens and the idyllic UmweltkulturPark. It offers a quiet location with good connections to the city centre and a variety of leisure activities in the countryside.
Plan Options
Included are private access to the office as well as WLAN or a wired network solution. There is a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is also a meeting room that can be used by arrangement.
There is a bakery and a supermarket in the immediate vicinity.
The nearest bus stop, Groß Barop, is 300 metres away and the Dortmund Universität S-Bahn station is 750 metres away. Bicycle storage is available, as well as a car park in the immediate vicinity (by arrangement).
